The method FillNtupleIColumn(0, 1) seems to put a 0 in the column irrespective. FillNtupleDColumn works as expected. I have been using the CSVAnalysisManager.

Hello,

Could you, please, let us know your Geant4 version and also whether you run your simulation in sequential or multi-threaded mode?
This will help us to check the issue.

Thank you,

The problem cannot be reproduced with Geant4 10.00.p03.
FillNtupleIColumn() function was tested on AnaEx01 example with Csv output selection (after commented out code with histograms not supported with this output format in this version of Geant4).
