The old SRM was announced as obsolete with the 9.6 release (December 2012).  The link was removed from the GEANT4 documentation page last month, when 10.0 was released.  If you could let us know where you found the SRM link you quoted, we can remove it; thanks!

We have two up-to-date systems for browsing the GEANT4 source code: the LXR interface to our SVN repository, http://www-geant4.kek.jp/LXR/, and summaries of the source files generated using Doxygen, http://www-geant4.kek.jp/Reference/.

The link was still present on tHe user support page. The link is no removed. 
Please use one of the modern tools.
