With Geant4.10-00 and neutrons library G4NDL4.4, the neutron thermal scattering become wrong. Results can be seen directly on the output of example Hadr04.

Thank you for reporting the problem.

Only users who configure to use NeutronHPThermalScattering cross section by themselves has this problme. No geant4 reference physics list uses the cross section currently. And standard neutronHP pacakge does not have this problem. 

Attached file should fix the problem and will be included coming patch. 

Meanwhiles, please replace source/processes/hadronic/models/neutron_hp/src/ by the file and recompile library.  Or user may use G4NDL4.2 with geant4.10.00. The results should be equivalent for both cases.
