Description Kenji MISHIMA 2013-10-29 10:18:04 CET 
When neutron decays into electron, anti-neutrino, and proton,
electrons produced with isotropic direction, but anti-neutrinos and 
protons have anisotropic direction. 

Electrons are rotate with G4RotationMatrix rm. Anti-neutrinos are also rotated by rm, but this is not enough to make anti-neutrinos isotropic .
