Solids disappear when antialiasing is switched on

If I turn antialiasing on (Qt with OpenGL on Mac OS X), a lot of objects disappear, mostly solid ones (wireframes usually stay). The objects are visible in the stored PNG though. (On the contrary, in Gate the axes are visible, but they disappear in the stored PNG.)

I'm attaching screenshots from example B1, but I experience the same problems in others.

There are other problems/examples of weird behaviour. For example, if I switch antialiasing on and then off, then save the image, the antialias is turned on again without my explicit request.

Independent of antialiasing setting, the objects (solids) in PNG don't seem to be antialiased at all.

I'm sorry. It seems that there was a problem when submitting the bug (I got an error saying that I need to resubmit the attachment). This is a precise duplicate of 1494 and should be closed.
