Thank you for creating this bug report. I'm not sure when the Appendix in the Developers' Guide was created, but there have been a number of additions to the "NIST" (now much more than that) materials since then. The Appendix will be updated from the GEANT4 9.6 release, and the new information will be included along with the 10.0 release this year. The documentation source has been updated with the 9.6 "NIST" (so-called) materials database output. If you need the current materials parameters before the public documentation is up to date, you may use the macro command /material/nist/listMaterials all Thanks very much! This value has been changed to 78 eV in the Geant4 code, but the manual is not updated yet.
