In example novice/N02 when run in interactive mode, if you type for example 'ls'
or try to exit from help by typing '0', you get into an infinite loop in which
'Idle>' is printed in the screen all the time.

This is a known problem of the DEC/cxx 6.1 compiler when running with ISO/ANSI
setup and native-STL. We verified the problem is fixed with version 6.2.
It is also reported in the release notes for Geant4 2.0.
