An exception is reported when tests are run with the QGS_BIC physics list in ATLAS setup.

The Geant4 version used is 9.4 patch03 with a small set of customisations (signal handler, RK stepper) and a few additional recent fixes for urgent problems.

The job reports the following:

G4BinaryCascade::GetIonMass() - invalid (A,Z) = (0,2)
G4BinaryCascade::GetIonMass() - giving up

This was corrected in geant4 9.5 and was not a simple bugfix.
