Zack have reprorted the crash in G4VGammaDeexitation due to usage of NULL pointer. The tar file is available:

/afs/cern.ch/user/a/adotti/public/SimplifiedCalo.tgz

with the exercise.g4 macro file and FTFP_BERT Physics List.

The bug is not reproduced anymore.
