May be related to Problem 1209. There is a bug int the DICOM example: the name of the SD starts with a capital in one place and not in the other. Could you check if it happens the same in your case? It should read:
./src/DicomRunAction.cc: theSDName.push_back(G4String("phantomSD"));
./src/DicomDetectorConstruction.cc: G4String concreteSDname = "phantomSD";

Oh, sorry. I am posting comments to Problem 1209, but Pedro, you are commenting here. I would close this bug, because with the SD name correction, the DICOM example then works out-of-the-box, so to speak, since voxel boundaries are skipped by default. Problem 1209 is not specific to the DICOM example: dose is not scored in any G4PhantomParameterisation when using SetSkipEqualMaterials(false). fix will be included in the next patch and releases |
