I find it works just fine from CERN... at least, I couldn't notice this problems in the past weeks! Why this bug tracking system is not use by developpers ? I try to follow 5-6 mail thread at the same time, and most of the time I'm more lost in mail than anything else. What about putting all development problems in bugzilla, putting a flag like "version=other" or "devel" and automaticaly send an email to people when they are involved ? Please, let's not mix up things in a single report. - Bugzilla seems behaving fine (at least here at CERN). Please, inform us in case you still experience problems of speed. If it is an issue of network connection between UK and Japan there is little we can do to fix it... - Bugzilla already provides the ability to report problems of any nature, including those which can be considered "enhancements" to the software. It is just matter to make use of it and is not only restricted to developers. |
