A geantino misses the "other" side of a hollow tube with a box subtracted.
Code and PostScript file submitted privately.
Can be reproduced with visualization/test/test19 in geant4-01-01-cand-07.

Fixed in tag "geom-solid-bool-V01-01-03" for geometry/solid/Boolean.
Will be included in Geant4 2.0.
