An application for Tesla, without boolean solids while waiting for fix
concerning PR #96 and PR #98 bugs, when compiled and linked against the
geant4-01-01-ref-04 release runs nice: several thousands of events (including
also hadronics) has been done.

 But in a special case, when shooting high energy electrons, the G4Exception
"Invalid enum in G4Box::CalcNormal" arises frequently.

 Please let me know what more information I'd furnish to help to find this bug.
